ARES ACØEC REPEATER
The Muscatine County ARES group owns the ACØEC/R  146.385/.985 Vertex Standard VZR-7000 VHF repeater feeding an antenna on the tower at the Louisa County Public Safety building on the bluff just North of the city of Wapello, Iowa.

The repeater is an open access machine  for the use by all licensed amateurs. The  repeater requires 192.8 Hz CTCSS tone for access.

We have a weekly On-Air Service Net every  Sunday evening at 8:45 pm local time. Please check in and meet the local hams. It is an 1directed net that is open to all licensed amateur radio operators.

You can also access the repeater via Echolink by connecting to the ACØEC-R repeater node. Please leave extra time between key-ups, and announce yourself as "listening" once connected.

Thank you, de Scott ~ NØMRZ
